Advanced?Krav Maga
Our advanced program includes a wide variety of training as well. Those techniques include: kicks, punching combinations, elbow strikes, knee strikes, empty hand self defense, tactical stick, tactical knife, tactical handgun, stick defense, sparring, impact training, weapons training, ground survival and multiple attacker situations.
The advanced training covers self defense, physical conditioning & information and can be started once the basic Krav Maga program is completed or with instructors permission. It includes the following training:
ADVANCED: PHASE A
- Warm Ups – these are exercises used to accelerate your heart rate and increase your breathing
- Warrior Combinations – these are specific combatives linked together to form various combinations
- Warrior Conditioning – drills to develop the physical attributes necessary to succeed in combat, we will engage in a timed total body workout, completing as many rounds as possible
- Knowledge Domain – this is the lecture portion of class related to the core curriculum of the week
- Handgun Defense – principles and tactics we use to survive a confrontation with an assailant armed with a handgun
- Tactical Handgun – offensive tactical use of a handgun in self defense
- Control Tactics – techniques used to subdue or restrain an attacker for control or arrest
- Incapacitation Techniques – techniques used to disable the attacker by affecting the following systems of the body – respiratory system, circulatory system, nervous system and skeletal system
- Knife Survival (Knife threat and knife attack) – principles and tactics we use to survive confrontation with an assailant armed with a knife
- Tactical Knife – offensive tactical use of a knife in self defense
- Sparring – sparring is the application of offensive and defensive techniques against an active opponent
- Aggressiveness Drill – instills a survival mindset and develops our killer instincts



ADVANCED: PHASE?B

- Tactical Stick – offensive use of a stick or stick like object in self defense
- Long Gun Defense – principles and tactics used to overcome an assailant armed with a long gun
- Tactical Long Gun – offensive use of a long gun in self defense
- Ground Survival – techniques and tactics used to survive an altercation on the ground
- Self Defense Flows – are to develop our ability to respond to the change in dynamics of a physical altercation
- Fighting with Restraints – learning to survive an abduction or hostage situation
- Sparring – offensive and defensive techniques and tactics used against an active opponent
- Aggressiveness Drills – these drills instill a survival mindset and develops our killer instincts
