Welcome to our blog.  My name is Anthony Linnabery and I’m the owner and chief instructor here at QC Krav Maga.  I will be writing a majority of the blog posts.  Some of the blog ideas will come from my instructors, students and even the parents here at the Krav Maga center.  My goal for having this blog section on our website is to provide you, the reader, with useful and informative information.

I want you to want to learn more about Warrior Krav Maga, Taekwondo, Karate, MMA, Kali, fitness, exercise, and nutrition.  I have the honor of training in multiple disciplines, different locations and even other countries.  I will use the blog section here to educate you and give you some insight to my experiences.  My hope is that you will discover a topic that I have written about in a blog that you find interesting.  Furthermore, I hope the blog inspires you to do some additional research to learn more.  In providing you with different blog subjects, I keep you motivated to read and I too learn more about them.  One of my mentors and a good friend is Tuhon Apolo Ladra.  His philosophy and famous quote is:  “Learn to teach, teach to learn”.  Let’s get to it then, huh?
